I would like to say a huge thank you for what I thought would never happen.
My whole attitude to exercise changed once I was a part of the Evolutionary
Fitness programme.

At 57 I had tried all kinds to look at physical activity.... I was
introduced to EF by a friend who had had excellent results. My
programme has been gentle & focused, designed to meet my requirements. I
actually enjoy my fitness programme. Apart from motivating me, it has allowed
me to feel safe in my limitations. I realise how important it is as I was
diagnosed with diabetes in 2004, exercise can totally affect glucose levels,
as my GP informed me. Dietary advice has been very useful too.

There has been ongoing support, we all know it is not easy, but I have not
been made to feel a disappointment if on a particular busy, stressful week
in my life I have struggled to keep 'on track'. ....encouragement always
being available to keep me enthusiastic.
Sandie age 58

I had high blood pressure for a long time and my doctor insisted I take medication.  I was reluctant to start taking drugs and wanted an alternative, so I sought the advice of Evolutionary Fitness.  They gave me an exercise programme and dietary recommendations aimed at lowering my blood pressure.  After just a few months, my blood pressure is within the normal range.  I feel much better, and I don’t have to take medication for the rest of my life. At 65, I thought that i was too old to get fit and healthy.  When I first started my journey the thought of doing any exercise terrified me.  However, after 12 months, I feel like a new person.  I’m a stone lighter, I look younger and I am fitter than I have ever been.  I never thought that I would keep it up, but it’s a way of life now.  Jean age 66.
