'RAMP UP' PROGRAMME
The first step to becoming part of the EF community is to sign up to our 'Ramp Up' Programme.
You deserve to be happy and confident whilst training, and that's why our gym induction lasts for 12 hours and not the usual 5 minutes! These 12 one-hour sessions are spread over the course of a month and teach you everything you need in order to join our small classes.
We'll evaluate your fitness at the start, and the end of these 12 sessions so you can see for yourself how much you've improved.

CLASS
Once you have completed our 'Ramp Up' phase, you can join our fun and constantly varied classes. These group classes will typically have up to 5 people and last 60 minutes.
A coach will ensure proper mechanics are adopted in a safe and friendly atmosphere, whilst providing a healthy dose of motivation.
Remember, we will properly evaluate your athletic and physical fitness level and then scale each exercise and workout to your abilities. No one is ever too out of shape or in too good a shape for this class!

PERSONAL TRAINING
Our training is not your 'average' fitness program. We believe that being physically "Fit" has just as much to do with skill as it does with 'working out hard'. Personal training sessions are designed to teach you a vast array of fitness/life skills and help you master your physical realm. The one on one coaching is designed to provide direct results based upon your personal fitness level at a pace that you set. Form will be corrected, weaknesses addressed, personal records set, strengths enhanced, progress made. The personal training sessions will make sure that you get the most out of your workouts and keep you 'dialed in' for peak performance.
Personal Training 1 to 1: £30.00 per hour
Personal Training 1 to 2: £20.00 per person per hour
JUNIOR PROGRAMME
Our Junior programme is geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population, (neurological, cognitive, motor). Our strength and conditioning program for young athletes ensures that kids grow up healthy, strong and have a life long love of working out, thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. This programme is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
1 Class per week: £20.00 per month
2 Classes per week: £32.00 per month
Unlimited Classes per week: £45.00 per month
